Rooted in Authentic Tradition
This program draws from two of the most authoritative and revered sources on the science of Swara Yoga — bridging ancient revelation with modern experiential learning.
Shiva Swarodaya
Primary Source — Ancient Tantric text
A profound dialogue between Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, the Shiva Swarodaya is one of the oldest and most complete treatises on the science of breath, prana, and consciousness. It reveals the relationship between the rhythm of the breath and the states of body, mind, and universe — offering practical guidance for daily living, healing, and spiritual evolution.
The text covers the science of nostril dominance, the five elements (tattvas) and their relationship with breath, the significance of the lunar and solar channels, and the path toward Sushumna activation and higher consciousness.
Our Teaching Philosophy
The teaching methodology of Anandabodh Institute is grounded in these classical sources while remaining deeply practical. Theory is taught only to support direct experience — not as an intellectual exercise.
The understanding developed in this program is not merely conceptual. It is experiential — a living encounter with the science of breath as it unfolds in your own being, moment by moment.
Tradition & Lineage
Master Shivachittam, founder of Anandabodh Institute of Yoga, brings decades of study and practice in the yogic tradition to guide participants through this timeless science with clarity, depth, and authentic care.
