Practice Together
A consistent structure of sessions, wisdom, and content every week without fail. When you practice in community, the practice holds you even when motivation is low.
The Anandabodh Health and Happiness community is a living sangha — a gathering of practitioners from Gurgaon and Glasgow, from Delhi and Dubai, from Mumbai and Melbourne. People who came for different reasons and found the same thing: that practice is deeper when it is shared.
A consistent structure of sessions, wisdom, and content every week without fail. When you practice in community, the practice holds you even when motivation is low.
Learn from Master Shivachittam and from each other. Hear how others navigate the same challenges. Watch people ahead of you on the path.
This is a sangha. You are not a subscriber here. You are a member of a family.
| Day | Theme | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | Motivation Monday | Weekly intention-setting by Master Shivachittam. A short voice note or video — a thought, a teaching, a practice tip to anchor the week. |
| Tuesday | Technique Tuesday | A short teaching on a specific yoga or meditation technique — how it works, common mistakes, and how to deepen it. |
| Wednesday | Wisdom Wednesday | A verse from the Upanishads, Yoga Sutras, or another yoga tradition — with Master Shivachittam's commentary. |
| Thursday | Transformation Thursday | One member's story — shared in the community with their permission. Before, Journey, After. |
| Friday | Practice Friday | A guided practice — Yoga Nidra, pranayama, or a meditation technique. For independent home practice. |
| Saturday | Sangha Saturday | Q&A, or a sharing circle. |
| Sunday | Silence Sunday | A reminder to rest, reflect, and go inward. One quote or image. The practice of not filling every moment. |
