01
Visitor
Curious. Exploring. Finding the way in.
You have heard about Anandabodh — through a friend, a search, a book, or a feeling that something is missing. You are not sure what you need, or whether yoga and meditation is right for you. That is perfectly fine. This stage is simply about arriving.
You might be here if:
- — You are experiencing stress, health issues, or a sense of disconnection
- — You are curious about yoga or meditation but have never tried
- — You want to explore before committing
- — Someone you trust recommended Anandabodh
02
Student
Committed to practice, healing, and change.
You have taken the first step. You are attending sessions regularly — the Healing & Empowering Yoga classes, the Quantum Meditation sessions, or a therapy yoga programme for a specific condition. Practice is becoming a habit. You are beginning to feel the difference.
You might be here if:
- — You are attending sessions 3–6 times a week
- — You are seeing results — better sleep, less pain, calmer mind
- — You are building a personal practice
- — You have begun to understand that yoga is more than exercise
03
Sadhak
Practice becomes a way of life.
A sadhak is one whose practice has become inseparable from their daily existence. You are no longer doing yoga to fix something. You are doing it because it is who you are. Your eating, sleeping, breathing, and thinking are beginning to align with a deeper awareness. The healing that began in Stage 2 has become a foundation.
You might be here if:
- — You have been practicing consistently for 1+ years
- — You have participated in workshops or a retreat
- — You notice that yoga has changed how you respond to life, not just how your body feels
- — You are drawn to go deeper — into pranayama, meditation, Yoga Nidra, the philosophy
04
Advanced Sadhak
Deepening awareness and inner work.
At this stage, the outer practice has begun to point inward. You are working with subtler dimensions — energy, consciousness, the patterns of the mind. You may be exploring Swara Yoga, Prana Vidya, or self-inquiry practices. Your relationship with your own inner life has matured. You are beginning to ask not just “how do I feel better?” but “who am I?”
You might be here if:
- — You have practiced deeply for 2–3+ years
- — You have attended a Himalayan retreat or residential programme
- — You are drawn to the deeper sciences — Swara Yoga, Prana Vidya, Yoga Nidra, Tantra
- — You are beginning to feel a pull toward sharing what you have received
05
Teacher
Trained to carry and transmit the system.
You have enrolled in one of Anandabodh's Teacher Training Courses — the 200-Hour Yoga TTC, the 100-Hour Meditation TTC, the 300-Hour Therapy Yoga TTC, or the Himalayan Immersion TTC. This is not just a certification. It is an initiation into a lineage and a responsibility. You are being prepared not just to teach techniques, but to carry the depth, the understanding, and the spirit of the complete science of yoga.
You might be here if:
- — 200H Yoga TTC (Beginner to Teacher)
- — 500H Yoga TTC (Advanced)
- — 100H Meditation TTC
- — 300H Therapy Yoga TTC
- — 21-Day Himalayan Immersion TTC
- — AYUSH / YCB Government Certification
06
Mentor
Guiding others from lived experience.
A mentor has completed their training and has walked enough of the path to guide others — not with authority, but with experience. You have seen what works. You have sat with students who are struggling. You know what it feels like to begin, because you remember your own beginning. At this stage, Anandabodh invites you into a closer relationship — to support new students, to co-facilitate, to deepen your own understanding by serving.
You might be here if:
- — Supporting newer students in their practice
- — Co-facilitating community circles or weekly sessions
- — Participating in the Anandabodh Mentor Programme
- — Deepening your own sadhana alongside service
07
Facilitator
Leading circles and local communities.
A facilitator takes the Anandabodh system into their own city or community. You may be a certified teacher leading an Anandabodh Circle in Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, or overseas. You carry the brand, the curriculum, and the spirit — and you are supported by Anandabodh with content, training, and the community. This is how the system scales without losing its depth.
You might be here if:
- — Running an Anandabodh affiliated circle in your city
- — Access to Anandabodh curriculum and brand support
- — Connection to the global network of teachers and facilitators
- — A pathway to building your own practice while remaining in the Anandabodh family
08
Ambassador
Embodying and extending the Anandabodh way.
An Ambassador is someone for whom Anandabodh is not something they do — it is something they are. They speak about it naturally, refer people without being asked, and their life itself is a testimony to what the system can do. Ambassadors may be long-term students, TTC graduates, facilitators, or simply deeply committed practitioners who have been changed by the journey and want to share it with the world.
You might be here if:
- — Representing Anandabodh in their personal and professional networks
- — Sharing their transformation stories publicly
- — Participating in the annual Anandabodh Wellbeing Summit
- — Inspiring the next generation of seekers to begin the journey
